A BILL
To repeal the antidumping provisions contained in the Act of September
8, 1916.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. REPEAL OF ANTIDUMPING PROVISIONS UNDER THE ACT OF SEPTEMBER
8, 1916.
(a) Repeal.--Section 801 of the Act of September 8, 1916 (Chapter
463; 39 Stat. 756 et seq.; 15 U.S.C. 71 et seq.) is hereby repealed.
(b) Effective Date.--No judgment pursuant to an action under
section 801 of such Act shall be entered on or after September 26,
2000, that is inconsistent with this Act.
