                                 A BILL


 
To prohibit oil and gas drilling in Finger Lakes National Forest in New 
                                 York.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. OIL AND GAS DRILLING IN FINGER LAKES NATIONAL FOREST IN NEW 
              YORK PROHIBITED.

    No Federal permit or lease shall be issued for oil or gas drilling 
in Finger Lakes National Forest in New York.
