           the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure

                                 A BILL


 
   To direct the Secretary of the Army to reassess the allocation of 
 Federal and non-Federal costs for construction of the Cerrillos Dam, 
                              Puerto Rico.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. CERRILLOS DAM, PUERTO RICO.

    The Secretary of the Army shall reassess the allocation of Federal 
and non-Federal costs for construction of the Cerrillos Dam, carried 
out as part of the project for flood control, Portugues and Bucana 
Rivers, Puerto Rico.
