A BILL
To extend the temporary suspension of the duty on 2-Methyl-4,6-
bis[(octylthio) methyl]phenol.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. 2-METHYL-4,6-BIS[(OCTYLTHIO) METHYL]PHENOL.
(a) In General.--Heading 9902.32.14 of the Harmonized Tariff
Schedule of the United States is amended by striking out the date in
the effective period column and inserting ``12/31/2004''.
(b) Effective Date.--The amendment made by this section shall apply
with respect to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for
consumption, on or after January 1, 2002.
