A BILL
To prohibit the District of Columbia from using any funds to issue,
implement, administer, or enforce any order invalidating the policy of
the Boy Scouts of America regarding the employment or voluntary service
of homosexual troop leaders.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. PROHIBITING USE OF FUNDS BY DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA TO
INVALIDATE BOY SCOUTS POLICY ON EMPLOYMENT OR VOLUNTARY
SERVICE OF HOMOSEXUAL TROOP LEADERS.
The District of Columbia may not use any of its funds to issue,
implement, administer, or enforce any order invalidating the policy of
the Boy Scouts of America regarding the employment or voluntary service
of homosexual troop leaders.
