A BILL
To amend the Crime Control Act of 1990 to prohibit law enforcement
agencies from imposing a waiting period before accepting reports of
missing children less than 21 years of age.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as ``Suzanne's Law''.
SEC. 2. AMENDMENT.
Section 3701(a) of the Crime Control Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C.
5779(a)) is amended by striking ``age of 18'' and inserting ``age of
21''.
