 following bill; which was referred to the Committee on International

                                 A BILL


 
   To amend title 22, United States Code, to eliminate authority for 
 employees and agents of the United States to assist foreign countries 
   in interdiction of aircraft suspected of drug-related operations.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 2291-4 of 
title 22, United States Code, is repealed.
