To amend the Tariff Suspension and Trade Act of 2000 to provide for the 
 permanent designation of the San Antonio International Airport as an 
airport at which certain private aircraft arriving in the United States 
                        may land for processing.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. DESIGNATION OF SAN ANTONIO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT FOR CUSTOMS 
              PROCESSING OF CERTAIN PRIVATE AIRCRAFT ARRIVING IN THE 
              UNITED STATES.

    Section 1453(a) of the Tariff Suspension and Trade Act of 2000 is 
amended by striking ``For the 2-year period beginning on the date of 
the enactment of this Act, the'' and inserting ``The''.
