  To temporarily extend certain provisions of the Marine Mammal 
Protection Act.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 114(a)(1) 
of the Marine Mammal Protection Act of 1972 (16 U.S.C. 1383a(a)(1)), is 
amended by striking ``April 1, 1994,'' and inserting in lieu thereof 
``May 1, 1994.''.
