"Allegedly"? In America, in our Federal system, the votes in a Presidential election are counted in each state separately. The idea that all 50 states could rig an election simultaneously is just silly. The problem with all conspiracy theories is they assume that hundreds of people will simultaneously conspire to keep a secret for many years.
