I do.  Voyager just didn't have all that much potential.  It was so
limited by it's concept.  For example, "exploration of the Delta
Quadrant".  Apart from deliberately jumping into every dangerous and
unknown spacial anomaly just in case it might bip them back home,
there was very little potential for exploration because the only thing
that interested them about their surroundings was how to leave them as
quickly as possible.  So obviously they aren't going to stop and check
out planets to see what's on them.
