He was playing the over-the-top villian.  I thought it was a good
choice for a holodeck parody.

The problem is when Brooks acts hysterical as the real Sisko.  Like
when he's going up against the Pah'Wraith.  He apparently thinks the
proper way to express anger is to scream like a woman?!?!?  Ooooo-kay.
When I get angry, my voice doesn't go high-pitched like a girly-mon.
My voice gets extrememly deep & threatening.
