Absolutely. I think it's way worse than I thought it was when it was on. Any time an ep starts, I find it almost completely unmemorable, and then when I finally do remember, I say "Oh, this one. This is a lousy one" and turn it off. There probably aren't more than a dozen, two dozen eps tops with any rerun value at all. Way less than real Trek, and TNG got a LOT more times at bat.
