Yes, I'm quite aware of Metropolis, it's just my opinion that TDTESS was 
the 1st Really Good Sci Fi Film.  It stands out in my mind because it was 
believable, the effects were good, and it could still happen, so the 
story still stands the test of time. For me anyway.
