I mentioned that Bush isn't running balanced budgets & Clinton was. 
Nothing irrational there. I'm not an American, so Bush toasting the US 
economy is likely good for my country's economy, I just feel for my 
friends in the US living under such mismanagement. Lots of Canadians 
care about folks in the US, which is why so much Canadian aid is headed 
to the recent hurricane victims (and thanks to the US and to many 
Americans for helping out with other disasters around the world).
