So I guess B4 is analogous to Spock in the sense that when he was
regenerated by the Genesis planet, he had no memory, etc, and wasn't really
himself until he had his Katra put back in him.
B4 has Data's memories, etc, so perhaps Data could come back that way.
BTW, the whole B4 and Shinzon storylines were pure crap.
