I wouldn't have gone for "I'll take you home if . . ." but "Here you are,
all safe and sound, what about it" is a different deal.  At least she could
have negotiated "send everybody down to Earth first"

Sure, Q might snap 'em all back on a whim, but he might do that anyway even
if they get back on their own.

No, she sentenced those people to death.
