Just out of curiosity, why doesn't the hospital have some kind of roof or 
overhang or awning or something?  Why do the doctors and patients have to 
get soaking wet?  That just seems stupid.  Every hospiatl I've been to has a 
covered drive so you can pull right up to the entrances.
