There is no conclusive evidence on this that I have heard of....not that 
I am a doctor who would have heard, but I know that some people think it 
is psychological.  For example, many mothers who give their babies up 
for adoption then will have a hard time conceiving again.  Is it because 
of the pain of losing that child?  Could that be why some women who 
miscarry have that problem?  We may not ever know, or science may 
surprise us and one day find the answer.
