There is a large Greek cathedral & community here. I grew up going to the cathedral for Girl Scout meetings and their festivals. Great food at the festivals, but I have also eaten in Greek restaurants in NY & DC. Most of the diners in this area are owned by Greeks too, so they have at least a few Greek items on the menu. Have you ever heard of Gazebo Room salad dressing? It is sold in most eastern states now, if not the whole country. It is a Greek recipe. It is made right here near me, by a relative of George Gekas (former PA politician). Great stuff for marinading meat & veggies as well as dressing salads. Love and God Bless always, Lorraine }=A1{ . 0
