It's simple. Turn the wheel clockwise, the car goes right. Turn it 
counterclockwise, it goes left.

Also, if you drive with _any_ of the ER docs from County, you'll either 
crash or get knocked up. Check the statistics. They have a high risk of 
auto accidents and unwanted pregnancies.
