I'm hoping someone can help me with this problem.

Yesterday I started to see a "double underline" under selected parts of
websites and usenet postings.  When I hover the cursor over the double
underlines, an ad pops up that is related to those words.

I've done Google searches on "double underline" but am not coming up
with anything substantive.  I've also run my antivirus and spyware
programs to no avail.  I've checked my registry, and I am stumped as to
what to do.  I use MS IE v. 6.0xx.
