	Shouldn't be a problem.  A licensed driver was driving with 
the owner's permission. Insurance should pay out unless the driver was
specifically excluded from coverage for the vehicle (some families do 
this with their teenage children to lower the rates on some of their 
vehicles).

	Now, if Sam is careless enough to admit she was falling asleep
at the wheel they might balk, but I expect she will not be fastidious 
enough to mention that detail.
