Luka's insurance policy would likley cover it. In some states it is feasible that this her policy could cover it. In many instances involving car accident involving deer, driver our considered not to be at fault. That may be the case there. Though I really don't pay that much attention to scenes involving Luka or Sam so it is possible she might be found to be at fault. Though given it was dark, even if Sam or most driver would not have seen the deer before it was too late tyo avoid the accident. Brenda . 0
