I don't know how you define "hurt", Sharon, but for me it went miles 
past "hurt". I'm talking tears in my eyes, all I could do not to scream 
pain. I dreaded the first minutes of each feeding.

I'm pretty certain it was a latching problem with the first, if not the 
second. (Number Two, Mr. Nine Pounds Fourteen and a Half Ounces was, 
shall we say, an eager feeder.) But I'm still glad I did it. Oh, I'd 
have changed a thing or two if I could, but I'd still go with 
breastfeeding if I possibly could.
