To be honest, the possibilities for the "big return" are limited. Greene 
is dead, Ross and Hathaway - can't be, thbey're busy with their adorable 
twin daughters (ahem). Carter is supposed to come back here and there, 
Jing-Mei JUST left, Susan is JUST leaving. No one cares about Cleo, few 
will remember Dr. Dave....
