Try distilled witch hazel or the gel made from witch hazel.

You need to drink plenty of water for general health even if you have a
small  bladder capacity.  In England there are little pastels called
Salivax which are excellent for a dry mouth - don't know what they call
them in the States but the pharmacist oughta know.

(i'm not a doc but have experience of these problems)
