   Yes, thats what she was saying. I'm starting to wonder if the overseas
   deployment of our military forces migh be a HUGE contributing factor.
   I think perhaps we have the best of our military equipment overseas and 
   old mothballed gear here at home. This would account for the slow 
   response. The added time getting this old gear out and up to speed for
   use.
