   Not been out but rationing has started. $20 max at a lot of stations. Also
   most stations are doing pre pay only. Too many drive offs. One of the
   station attendants said he spoke to a truck driver who had been in Georgia
   this morning and gas was 5 and 6 bucks a gallon.
