Well it's not the method of contacting the BBS...

The internet is your competition. MrO is right about offering more than
what comes with the ZIP file. you have to make it your own system in
some way or another. Sync offers a cornicopia of ways and methods to do
this. PLUS it offers you ways to make changes not forseen by DM... Your
BBS can be better than you imagined, it can even be better than DM
imagined.
