There was a water flood tried in one of our areas to pump water into the ground to displace what oil that was left in the formation into surrounding producing wells. You right. Cost is always an issue. That and enviromental concerns which increase the cost of operating a crude oil well GREATLY over just a conventional Natural Gas well.
