There's some discussion on its logic, some stuff that
hasn't been discussed here before.  E.g. safe linked
list traversal.

I've been around RCU too long to be weirded out by
its logic.  This is a little different so I can see
what freaks out some people.  Just means the consultants
for this stuff will be paid big bucks.  Ha ha, I wish. :)
