You say you personally would do it using Monitor, but you seem to have
not seen that what a Monitor does is practically the same what the presented
rmutex does. Because then you wouldn't have suggested to use Monitor, would you?
Monitor is part of Microsoft's .NET crap, it practically does the same what rmutex does.
