It should run under XP and programs it creates should run under XP.

However BC++ 4.02 was released in anticipation of the soon to be released 
Windows 95.  It only supports those items which were current at the time it 
was released.  The header files and libraries provided with it have nothing 
in them for additions made in versions of Windows which came later.
