Subj : Where is the bdtc.h header file?

I've been looking at the Visual Database Tools in Borland C++ 5.02. The
examples all include "bdtc.h" but this header file is not in my install the
library "bdtc.lib" is included so the examples will not compile.

Does anyone know where I can find this file?
