Subj : Profiler for measuring cpu time?

I am looking for a prfiler to measure the cpu time used by procedures, 
modules or loops. I can´t find anything that works properly with borland c++ 
builder. I have tried two profilers:

LTProf - Crashes when trying to analyse the results, works fine for smaller 
applications though.
RQ´s profiler - Needs modifying in the source code and causes access 
violations all the time..

Anyone got any experience with any profiler that works for cpp builder?
