You are not "unsuitable here".

By posting here you minimize your opportunity for quick and effective 
assistance.

As C++ Builder is not the subject of this group far fewer people 
familiar with it are found here .  Reporting a compiler version number 
unique to the 1997 version of Borland C++ additionally clouded the 
issue.
