Ok...So I may be missing something.  I am now running Borland C++ 5.0 with
OWL 5.0.  I can't seem to get the upgrade to OWL Next to work using the
instructions.  Is it because I must be on Borland C++ 5.01 with OWL 5.01 and
higher in order for things to work?  Ultimately I am trying to transition to
Borland C++ Builder 6.0 from Borland C++ 4.52.  I know it sounds crazy.
