Subj : implib for borland 4.5 does not work.

Hello All,

I have attempted to get borland 4.5 implib tool to convert a .dll file
for use with this compiler.  However, this does not appear to work,
the program breaks out with an access violation.  Are there any
patches or workarounds for this.

impdef also doesn't work.
