A little more specfics, please.

Target? (16 bit OS/2, 16 bit win, 32 bit win) (DLL  or EXE)
BC version? (4.0x, 4.5x, 5.0x)
MS Fortran version? (4.0, 4.1 or 5.0 - 16 bit only, OS/2 only; 5.1 - 16 bit only, Win or OS/2) (FPS 1.0 or 4.0 - 32 bit Win only)

Also, what kinds of parameters are passed (and returned) if any?  
Presumably the Fortran DLL is provided w/o source, do you know what calling conventions were used? 
Default or were some things overridden for compatibility with Windows or another MS lang, e.g., C/C++, QB/VB or Pascal?

Any information you can supply will be helpful, at present your question just has too many unknowns.
