Subj : Borland 5 Project crashes with BCB6-DLL

I created a DLL in BCB6 (with VCL), which I implemented in a Borland 5 project (OWL). As interface there is a class. Whenever I create an instance of this class, my program crashes on a certain point with "The memory could not be written".
How can I solve this?
