I have an old app that was developed on Borland C++ 4.0/4.5 on Windows 3.x. It uses bwcc.dll. It ran on Win 95/98, but doesn't on XP. The borland-style dialogs seem to fail to create.

Anyone know if:
A) bwcc.dll works on XP?
B) if not is there a workaround?
