Subj : Borland vs MS

I'm sorry if this question irritates someone, but I would like
to have some (subjective) opinions why to move to Borland
C++. I have the option to upgrade to latest MS Visual studio
but I have heard that it would be worth considering moving
to the Borland camp. If you can help me, please post me off
list if you find this improper for the list.
