Subj : TRichEdit problem

I'm trying to copy text from one TRichEdit to another TRichEdit by using
LockBuffer() and then Insert().
It is working fine for English language but when I switch to any different
language - I can see a garbage in 2nd TRichEdit. How can I correct it?
Please anybody help
