Log Message:
Fix K_DEUCEEXIT (Was defined the same as K_DECIMAL!) and define its
behavious better.
Add WIN_UNGETMOUSE which, when the mouse is clicked outside the window
ungets the mouse event and returns -2-WINMOUSE
