I use a traditional interface to FidoNet BBS echos, an offline
reader; posting via a BBS door. Others may telnet or dial to a
BBS and post from there. Many do not post via a web-based
interface, which is not the best way to handle FidoNet echos
in a number of ways. (Though for people more familiar with
the use of browsers rather than terminal programs and offline
readers, there is the advantage of not having to learn the
use of a new program. :-) )
