Subj : Netscape switch & addins

I've been told there is a command line switch for netscape to make it report 
that it is netscape 3 rather than 2.02. If its -3 it doesn't seem to work right 
in my case. And why does Netscape report it is Mozilla/2 to web pages?
Last question is what add ins are available for os2, and how do you get win31 
addins to work?
