  Its been 28 weeks since you were sent the final draft of policy
  revision.  You agreed to poll the RCs about submitting it for a
  referendum.   We have yet to see any evidence that you have done so.

  When will you report on the progress or lack there of?  Or have you
  decided to copy the American Presidents by using a pocket veto?

   How about it?   Surely there has been enough time for you to have
   obtained some feedback and report it as you promised.
