To reach the Hal3000 Public Access Lynx web browser you can telnet
to hal3000.cx 8080 and login as user wildbill password wildbill.
This will bring you to a simple menu which allows a restricted use
of Lynx as well as the game hangman and a text to morse code converter
and the Overt conversion utility. Shell logins are not currently
allowed (I would highly recomend the link to sdf located in this 
directory for a shell login). I saw a possibility for a better public
access Lynx browser and that was my goal. If your simply exploring
Lynx or need a way to the web from a point where web access is restricted
and telnet is not, or if you have a slow connection and don't have a text
browser then enjoy and feel free to use this service. Remeber this is for
lawful use only. Please let me know if there are any bugs or if I can 
make this service better...or just drop me a note and let me know you used
it :)
