A friend of mine came across this problem, and I wrote a "capture to disk" printer port driver to capture the printer output and examine what was going on. It turns out that Harmonie is sending a "Reset Printer" sequence at the start of every page, but isn't sending commands to restore some of the parameters, in particular the graphics resolution. This means that the second and subsequent pages come out in 75 dpi, but Harmonie still thinks it is printing at 300 dpi (or whatever you have set), so the printer output is four times too large in both dimensions! You can avoid the problem by telling Harmonie to print one page at a time, so you need to start a new print job for each page in the document.
